Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst at FERMÀT, you'll be responsible for connecting all of our data systems to drive insights. You will also support our customer success team and internal engineering teams with data piping, analysis, and cleanliness + accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights to the Finance + Ops and Account Management team

• Work with the product management and internal engineering team to pipe product data into our data warehouse + extract user insights

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Looker to track key performance metrics and trends.

• Utilize strong SQL skills to extract and manipulate data from our data warehouse to support ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a data analyst type role with experience connecting product data to BigQuery and piping data into various sales + marketing tools

• Experience with the following : GCP, BigQuery, Posthog, Postgres, Fivetran (or another ETL tool), Hightouch

• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and experience working with large datasets.

• Experience with eCommerce or ad tech

• Experience working with data visualization tools, preferably Looker
