About the Role:

Our Sales Development Representatives are responsible for generating a pipeline for the team to power the rest of the revenue organization.

The SDR will be responsible for identifying and researching lists of companies and leads to targets across their assigned Region. You will be required to implement and develop creative creative campaigns to generate new business opportunities. The SDR will also conduct high-level conversations with senior executives about their business issues and operations. The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated individual who is process-driven, methodical, analytical, and can effectively interact with a team. This role requires at least 1+ years of sales experience as an individual contributor during which the candidate must have consistently hit their pipeline targets in a complex, B2B sales environment. Experience from selling into Financial Services companies would be a significant plus.

What You'll Bring: 
  • A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
  • Skilled and successful in client prospecting, supporting AE's and securing new revenue 
  • Skilled at using Sales outreach tools such as Hubspot or SalesLoft
  • Skilled in presenting yourself as professional, charismatic, genuine and credible
  • Experience that has taught you that being resilient, self aware, and staying positive are critical to success
What You'll Do:
  • Develop messaging and deliver a concise, relevant pitch that resonates with prospects
  • Account research to drive effective outreach and improve sales results
  • Deliver on an effective SDR/AE handoff process and support dynamic team work
  • Show professional persistence, testing a variety of techniques and touchpoint strategies 
  • Handle objections from not only prospects, but also leads, and internal team members
