Test Lead in Verification coordinates the verification of a project.
Important part of test lead is to drive necessary improvements within the testing process, related practices, and environments, based on lessons learned in the projects.
Continuous personal development in the role takes place via various types of learning solutions and networking with colleagues internally and externally
- Test planning with stakeholders
- Driving for timely completion of verification
- Maintaining visibility at testing status in the project with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing necessary deliverables per the product process (plans, reports, approvals, …)
- Participating actively in project leadership/core team
- Master’s degree in SW engineering, computer science or similar fields or equivalent knowledge via experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on test leadership or corresponding skills´
- Awareness methods in the field of testing
- Good understanding of project life-cycles, relevant environments and tools
- Fluent communication capacity in written and spoken English
