This position is to select an Implementation Coordinator who will be a HomeBuilder ERP Subject Matter Expert who will be responsible for conducting Training on all aspects of the ERP modules for the NEWSTAR, FAST, or related systems. The Implementation Manager is expected to deliver Training on Master Files, Production and Accounting and process Training to the client’s Team Leaders and end users, within the Estimated hours agreed by the Customer. Additional tasks include Business Process Reviews, Vendor Seminars, Product Demo’s and User Conference presentations. These tasks must be managed in a professional manner to ensure the achievement of customer satisfaction and departmental revenue targets.
Coordinate with the Director of Professional Services on tasks and projects in support of the Professional Services team
Manage Professional Services backlog and provide project status/progress reporting
Support Professional Services team for successful implementations and training
Strong ability to manage tasks, with excellent organizational and communication skills
Develop a close working relationship with other departments to ensure consistency and visibility into other work streams
Provide feedback to the Director of Professional Services to improve overall Professional Services processes. Additionally, keep the Director of Professional Services updated on any critical issues
Develop and document procedures resulting in repeatable processes which improve the success of the overall implementation or other processes
Contact existing clients and encourage them to schedule additional Training to ensure that all Departments for all Customers are maximizing utilization of the ERP and related systems
Participate and present break-out Training sessions at the Annual Customer Conference
Bachelor’s Degree and / or Business Degree preferred
Strong problem-solving skills. Must be able to analyze information to make independent decisions quickly and effectively
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a Team environment
Must be able to work remotely in a professional environment
Ability to work on multiple tasks within a defined timeline
2-5 years of experience in a Professional Services or Support desk role
Previous experience in the homebuilder industry preferred
Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills
Must be willing to travel
Experience on the NEWSTAR or FAST system is a plus

The estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $68,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors.
Other Compensation (US Only):
This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.
