JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Analyst Quality Engineer in the Repairs Department is responsible for ensuring the regulatory compliance in EASA, FAA, CAA Philippines, CAA Singapore and Japan CAB training requirements through training provision and continuous monitoring. This role involves developing training programs, conducting quality audits, analyzing repair data, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

Develops and delivers comprehensive training programs for new and existing repair technicians. Creates training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises. Assesses the effectiveness of training programs through testing and feedback. Stays updated with regulatory standards and integrate new techniques into training modules. Coordinates to external training providers and internal trainers for the provision of initial and recurrent training.

Conducts regular quality audits and inspections of repair processes and completed work. Analyzes repair data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement. Develops and implement corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings. Monitors compliance with established quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Collaborates with the Repairs Department to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Implements best practices and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean. Leads quality improvement projects and initiatives within the department. Provides technical guidance and support to repair technicians and other staff.

Maintains accurate records of training sessions, quality audits, and improvement initiatives. Prepares detailed reports on quality performance, training outcomes, and audit results. Communicates findings and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders. Creates training plan and ensures the updates of the training needs of MRO employees are keep up to date.

Works closely with the Quality Assurance Manager and other department heads to align quality goals. Fosters a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the team.

Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or Equivalent relevant experience

Minimum of  3 years of previous experience as a trainer or related role.

Knowledgeable in manufacturing assembly processes, and/or assembly training manuals creation, technical requirements interpretation (Component Maintenance Manual (CMM), Service Bulletins (SBs) and other regulatory requirements (EASA, FAA, CAAP, CAAS, JCAB).

Strict adherence to training metrics align to BU requirements.

Organize and able to create multiple timelines and schedules. Ability to work on multiple projects and priorities.

Preferably with experience within a manufacturing environment in the areas of Production, Engineering or Quality.

Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.

Strong analytical skills in manufacturing process and business process.

Good understanding of Quality Management System and Regulatory Compliance Requirements in accordance with Part 145.

Strong commitment to develop people and coaching capability.

Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.

Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) and instructional software.

  • Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year.
