About the role:

As a Native Media Buyer at Prepared Hero, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our native advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Taboola, Outbrain, and other native media channels. Your primary goal will be to drive high-quality traffic and conversions while maintaining a positive RoAS.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage native advertising campaigns across platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, and other native networks.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and optimize to meet performance goals and ROI targets.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing creatives and strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets and bids to maximize the effectiveness of ad spend.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Native Media Buyer in a performance marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience with native advertising platforms, including Taboola, Outbrain, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Affiliate marketing experience is a plus.
