Your missions

As an HR Operations & Systems Specialist, you will own the administrative processes surrounding our core HRIS, ATS, and Performance Management system, in addition to providing support for our other HR systems. The ideal candidate for this role will provide technical support and assistance with ensuring data integrity, efficiency, and effectiveness of systems to serve our employees. Additionally, this individual will be passionate about supporting our employees throughout their tenure at SOCi and be an integral part of providing best-in-class services to employees.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Own the administration of the core HRIS (Paylocity) and EOR system (Deel), including non-payroll related data audits. Handle employee actions in the HRIS, such as updates to personal information, job/title changes, and terminations. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS and EOR system.
  • Own and administer the configuration of the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) via data entry, system administration, and reporting support
  • Handles new employee pre-boarding from the signature of an offer to join SOCi, through first-day logistics
  • Manages the administrative process of employee offboarding, including system maintenance, exit interview process, and associated workflows
  • Partner with HRBP team on leave of absence processing and system administration
  • Support compensation initiatives including FLSA work and salary band refresh projects
  • Provide employee benefits program administration support including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. Be able to assist employees with benefit-related questions and issues
  • Support HR Ops team with annual and quarterly survey and compliance reporting requirements
  • Receives and responds to requests concerning HR policies/programs that fall under the HR Operations & Systems Specialist’s subject matter areas such as processes, procedures and communications
  • Supports the HR team in strategic projects around building efficiency under the guidance of the Senior Manager, HR Systems, and other department leaders  
  • Owns, maintains, and updates documentation related to HR Systems & Operations at SOCi  
  • Other special projects or duties as assigned

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • Remote Opportunity: Ability to work 100% remotely
  • 2+ years of HR/Operations experience
  • Experience supporting HR Operations, HR Systems, Talent Acquisition Operations, or similar functions required
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) or Microsoft Office
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Experience with HRIS required
    • Paylocity preferred
  • Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
