Job Summary:

DOXA is looking to add a Cloud/MS365 administrator that is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies. Some of the key responsibilities of a Cloud/MS365 engineer include:


Responsibilities:

1. AZURE/Microsoft 365 Management:

a. Oversee the entire Azure Environment, Microsoft 365 environment, including user provisioning, license management, and security settings. Monitor service health and take necessary actions to maintain high availability.

b. Lead the migration of acquired Microsoft 365 Tenants into Corporate Microsoft 365 Tennant. Plan, execute, and manage migration projects to ensure smooth transitions with minimal end-user disruption. Troubleshoot any migration-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

c. Manage Exchange Online environments, configure mailboxes, troubleshoot email-related issues, and ensure robust email security measures.

d. Implement and manage collaborative tools and services, such as SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams, to enhance user productivity and communication.


2. VMWare VCenter Integration:

a. Utilize expertise in VMWare VCenter to manage virtual environments and facilitate smooth integration with Microsoft 365 services.


3. Network and Windows Administration:

a. Provide expertise in network infrastructure administration, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN configurations.

b. Administer Windows servers, Active Directory, and Group Policy settings.


4. Identity and Access Management:

a. Oversee Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), ensuring proper access controls, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and Single Sign-On (SSO) for cloud applications.


5. Data Backup and Recovery:

a. Implement data backup and recovery solutions for Microsoft 365 services, guaranteeing data integrity and business continuity.


6. Security and Compliance:

a. Enforce security best practices and compliance standards in Microsoft 365, conducting regular audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential security breaches.


7. Technical Support:

a. Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for end-users, addressing Microsoft 365-related issues promptly and efficiently.


8. Collaboration with Teams:

a. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT administrators, developers, and support personnel, to achieve seamless integration and optimal performance across systems.

b. Collaborate with Managed Service Providers to ensure effective communication and coordination of IT initiatives.

c. Work closely with Datacenter Operations Teams to streamline infrastructure management and support data center operations.


9. Customer Service and Support:

a. Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders during migration and integration projects.

b. Address user queries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate problems as required to ensure high satisfaction level.


10. Documentation and Reporting:

a. Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, procedures, and incidents. Generate regular reports on Microsoft 365 performance, utilization, and security metrics.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Azure/Microsoft 365 administration with a Microsoft 365 Certification. Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent certifications are highly desirable. Industry certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent are also preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
  • In-depth understanding of VMWare VCenter and virtualization technologies.
  • Strong understanding of network technologies, TCP/IP protocols, VPN, and firewalls.
  • Experience in administering Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Group Policy. A strong understanding of Azure Active Directory, identity management, and security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for staying up to date with the latest technology trends and able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of successfully migrating and integrating Microsoft Exchange Environments to Microsoft 365.
