Your missions

At Olo we develop an online food ordering platform used by many of the country's largest restaurant chains, reaching millions of consumers. Chances are if you've ordered directly from a restaurant brand's app or website, we've made that happen.

Olo’s Project Management Team is responsible for guiding restaurant brands through end to end implementation process and successfully launching them on the Olo platform. As a Director, you will set the vision for the Project Management team, and lead your team on a path of continued growth through employee development, departmental change management and strategic stakeholder leadership. Additionally, you will act as a leadership sponsor for select customers from kickoff to launch, acting as a point of contact for the implementation while providing the highest level of customer service.

You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.

What You'll Do
  • Lead teams responsible for a portfolio of projects with varying levels of complexity to ensure successful outcomes
  • Act as a leadership sponsor to align strategic customer's objectives across varying departments with project execution
  • Establish change management protocols to align with business strategies and effectively guides Implementation team members through
  • Establish a center of excellence to ensure effective controls are in place to monitor departmental project lifecycles
  • Establish standards for project plan requirements and complexity based on contract scope and schedules
  • Act as a point of escalation to resolve key issues presented by customers, project managers, and Implementation team members
  • Lead strategic initiatives to improve deployment velocity in collaboration with Olo leadership and Project Management Team
  • Partner with departmental leadership and CX Operations to uncover gaps in processes and offer expertise to implement scalable solutions and implement training opportunities
  • Conduct resource planning and collaborates with Implementation leadership to determine proper assignments for all projects
  • Ensure consistent project quality output across the Project Management team to align with customers’ unique goals

  • What We'll Expect From You
  • 10+ years experience as an Account/Project Manager or other related field (SaaS or industry experience preferred)
  • 5+ years experience managing a team
  • Experience leading teams working directly with complex accounts at the senior business and IT levels with executive experience in an advisory role
  • Ability to set standards for impeccable project management output and provide guidance on prioritization of competing interests
  • Outstanding ability to thoughtfully assess problems holistically and provide resolutions
  • Preferred experience with PSA tools or Asana, Jira, Guru, Salesforce, and Zendesk
  • Experience creating and executing scalable processes to improve team efficiency

    Our best estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is $129,419-$185,547 annually, depending on the experience you bring and your location.
