Sales Operations Manager 

Equal Opportunity Schools is seeking a Sales Operations Manager

Opportunity: 

The Sales Operations Manager is a member of our Partnership Development team.  You will use Salesforce data to qualify leads and drive business, support sales events and sales lead tracking and support our deals and contracts.  They will contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by assisting with customer inquiries, CA agreements, event planning, effectively managing administrative tasks, and coordinating other sales activities as assigned or requested.  The Sales Operations Manager will use their deep understanding of our Action 4 Equity program model, its features, benefits, and competitive advantages to help identify revenue opportunities. This position is not a manager of people position but a manager of processes and other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Partnership Development or the Sr. Director of Operations and Data Analytics.  The salary range for this role is between $70,000 and $80,000 depending on your expertise and experience with similar roles.  You can work remotely or in Seattle near our home office.  If you live in Seattle, we expect you will work in the office at least one day per week.  You will travel 5% of the time. 

Responsibilities: 

SALES LEAD MANAGEMENT & QUALIFYING - 50%

  • Manage and support lead and referral qualifying communications with prospective partners, either inbound or outbound, in a timely fashion, and maintain accurate lead information in Salesforce.
  • Respond promptly and proficiently to customer inquiries via phone, email, or text by providing accurate and effective information about our Action 4 Equity program model.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT - 20%

  • Responsible for tracking feedback and ensuring accuracy and compliance of Collaboration Agreement, Amendment & Cover Page Templates
  • Draft Year 1 Collaboration Agreements using respective tools/processes, ensure weekly CEO approval for signing; work with Sales Directors to track and finalize signing; work with district to modify as needed to ensure compliance; document and track modifications in CRM to support cross department reporting
  • Review, update and manage data agreements, RFPs and COIs by working with Tech Solutions, Ops and agents.
  • Oversee end-to-end contract process using Conga Sign in Salesforce
  • Manage and participate in meetings as requested by district leads with collaboration agreement questions
  • Gather and document certificates of insurance and data sharing agreements for each partner

DATA MANAGEMENT - 15%    

  • Support the sales team by helping to update the customer relationship management Salesforce system with accurate and up-to-date information, including contact details, interactions, and sales progress, when requested.
  • Help prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, and other sales-related documentation as requested by the Sr. Director of Operations and Data Analytics.
  • Support and work with PDEV team on market research and competitor analysis to identify potential leads, market trends, and opportunities for growth.

EVENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT - 15%

  • Maintain department SOPs
  • Attend sales events when support is needed. This could also include coordinating schedules and logistics for showcases, conferences, and meetings.
  • Lead and support pre-event communications, day-of-event logistics, and post-event follow-up.
  • Act as point person for invoice processing and tracking, including contractor management, event invoice processing, and department expense reports.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

  • 3+ Years experience supporting a sales team
  • 3+ Years experience using a CRM to track leads, opportunities and contract processing
  • Experience in sales event coordination and management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments in a productive manner
  • Experience using sales data to drive decisions and build relationships
