Job Description:

Phreesia is seeking a highly motivated Senior Deal Desk Manager to join our Sales Operations organization. This role will play a key role in scaling the growing Life Sciences division by managing the structuring and commercial terms of advertising agreements with media agencies and pharmaceutical companies. Success entails partnering closely with members of our Client Experience (Sales), Pricing, Sales Operations, Market Development, Legal and Finance teams. The individual must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and have a strong attention to detail. This position will report to the Director, Life Sciences Sales Operations. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Serve as subject matter expert on all things Deal Desk related: deal structuring, deal reviews, pricing and T&Cs redlines. 

  • Identify opportunities for sales process optimization, process redesign, and development of new processes and policies. 

  • Serve as an approver for MSAs, SOWs, Insertion Order Addendums, Proposals and Amendments 

  • Facilitate structuring and execution of transactions while optimizing for customer experience, revenue potential, profitability, execution of strategic corporate goals, accelerated deal closures and compliance 

  • Evaluate deal economics, commercial and legal terms and conditions, operational requirements, and non-standard structuring requests. 

  • Drive best practices to increase deal velocity and enhance processes to ensure compliance with standard rates and terms. 

  • Champion, role model, and embed Phreesia’s cultural principles (obsess over customers, build for the long term, adopt a growth mindset) as we scale.   

 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • 7+ years of combined experience working in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Contracts, Deal Desk, Pricing and/or Finance   

  • Experience with deal strategy and enterprise business negotiations 

  • Experience in drafting, reviewing, managing and negotiating customer agreements 

  • Knowledge and expertise of Salesforce.com in an enterprise environment required, including working knowledge of CPQ  

  • Experience in a Contract Management tool a plus 

  • Proficiency in excel 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 

  • Highly organized and process-oriented; strong attention to detail 

  • Strong initiative, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to take ownership of complex problems 

  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, dependable with deliverables and deadlines, and able to multi-task. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment 

Base pay for US is $140,000 - $170,000, depending on qualifications.
