Summary
Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Salesforce System Administrator will significantly contribute to the Tetris project at R2i.
  • Serve as the lead system administrator for our Salesforce environment, including CRM, marketing automation, project management, ITSM, purchasing, inventory, and financial management;
  • Configure and manage the Salesforce system in alignment with business processes and relational database structures;
  • Build workflows and business rules to automate and optimize a maximum number of processes and operations;
  • Contribute to improvement projects, implementations and upgrades by helping to gather internal requirements;
  • Define innovative solutions to improve the use of Salesforce and respond to business needs and growth;
  • Create and execute the required test scenarios in various systems to ensure full testing of all new and modified components, and that integration works as planned;
  • Identify and effectively resolve technical and business challenges;
  • Perform possible system demonstrations and work with users providing training and testing support;
  • Build reports, dashboards and list views to facilitate data management;
  • Manage security and user licenses according to established standards, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, groups, etc.
REQUIRED PROFILE
  • Five (5) years' experience, including three (3) years' experience in a similar position within the last 5 years;
  • A DEC in computer/software engineering or other relevant training;
  • Ability to work in both French and English (spoken and written). The job requires proficiency in English at a professional level. The candidate will interact on a weekly basis either with R2i (2) offices in Ontario or with various employees or Bilingual supplier.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED AND SKILLS
  • Proven experience in software development;
  • Data management skills, including experience with Excel and SOQL for exporting, manipulating and reinserting data into the system;
  • Understanding of the platform, with the ability to create custom objects/fields, formula fields, workflows, process builders, flows, reports/dashboards, and manage profiles/permission sets;
  • Integrated, stable system management.
ASSETS
  • Additional Salesforce certifications;
  • Salesforce implementation;
  • Knowledge of Account Engagement (Pardot), Certinia (Financial force/PSA) and Cadalys (ITSM).
