Philips has an exciting new opportunity within our Health Systems Business for an expert in GPO and Contracting. This is a great opportunity to work with a great team and make a difference with customers across the US.
Your role:
• Responsible for E2E contract and cradle to grave oversight for GPOs and National IDNs as required, it's members, and Purchaser/Local Agreements. Scope includes but is not limited to contract strategy, design, drafting, negotiation, and deployment.
- Partner with NA Contract Management to ensure contract compliance with Philips policy and law.
- Providing guidance and transparency to NA Region Leadership, NA Contract Management and Stakeholder (e.g. BU, Finance, Legal, Product Security, etc.) of HealthTrust requirements, and business practices.
- Partner with NA Region Leadership Team to create contract solutions that drive business growth and increase market share .
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating GPO and enterprise contracts.
- You have a Masters degree (required) or Juris Doctorate (J.D.), desired; Certified Contract Management (CCM) [or other contract management certification] desired
- Your skills include proficiency in MS Office (Excel skills are required); Saleforce.com (SFDC), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools (preferred, with the ability to learn quickly). Additional skills in Lean methodology. Project management with solid analytical and negotiation skills required.
- You’re an excellent communicator at many levels (articulate, empathetic, motivating and energizing); a well-organized multi-tasker, skilled at working in a team with tight deadlines, establishing priorities, gaining cooperation through persuasion to find solutions, and building consensus across functional areas, while managing various projects and setting priorities to achieve outcomes.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $153,000 to $216,000, annually. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
