Analyst, Training Quality

Job Description:

Phreesia is looking for a Product Training Quality Analyst to join our team!  

As part of Product Training, you will directly impact Phreesia’s end user and employee learning experience, retention, utilization, and overall satisfaction.  Working with various teammates, the TQA will ensure that our training material, especially courses and videos, are polished and engaging to improve Phreesia’s end users learning experience.

We are looking for someone who is a strong problem solver, detail oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and has experience working with internal and external clients. This position will provide you with a strong foundation of skills and capabilities to grow your career in our Product Training organization. 

What You'll Do: 

• Review versions of courses in various stages of development to methodically isolate, identify, and report issues with in-course content and feature functionality.
• Create, maintain, and follow test plans to ensure adequateness of visuals to content and that any interactive course elements are functioning as designed.
• Report all discovered bugs in a succinct and concise manner to be easily interpreted by other members of the Product Training Team.
• Provide constructive feedback on content, features, and the overall holistic quality of the learning experience.
• Measure and rate our eLearning Developer’s work to measure and provide feedback on their projects.
• Provide recommendations, based on issues to help improve the course development process.
• Collaborate in the maintenance of the Product Training Course Style Guide.

What You’ll Bring:

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Capable of working effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to independently manage and complete tasks with limited supervision.
• Experience in developing, documenting, and maintaining agile testing processes, guidelines, and quality standards for video and eLearning content.
• A high level of professionalism, accountability, and enthusiasm towards learning.

• Knowledge of adult learning theorems.
• A strong working knowledge of multimedia and presentation design.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.x Guidelines and experience with Accessibility testing.
