The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

The Opportunity:

As a member of the Global Digital Hub Team, you work to ensure fulfillment of the Global Digital Hub long term outcomes and strategy as well as excellent delivery of our Paid Media priorities.
You are responsible for paid media campaigns of the Global Digital Marketing teams with an emphasis on digital campaign implementation, optimization, and performance reporting. You work with relevant stakeholders and assist them on how to further develop their media performance and ensure they leverage the available digital tools in order to meet their overall goals.
The Media Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting our Business Partners in executing the paid media strategy by delivering a full suite of objectives across the Roche online presence. The preferred candidate gained experience in multiple areas of paid campaign management across different channels and platforms and is able to build out reporting metrics that supports
the business in continuing their growth to meet KPIs and objectives. In this position you will be focusing on:

  • Supporting developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns from conception to launch till evaluation

  • Working with Digital Marketing managers, Social Leads across the globe to execute digital marketing campaigns with external publishers and on social platforms

  • Continuously reviewing and making suggestions optimizing processes within the collaboration between global, regional and affiliate level. Work cross-departmentally to align media strategies and goals within the organization

  • Identifying trends and insights, optimizing performance and spendings based on insights

  • Monitoring key KPIs for ongoing campaigns and share channel insights with key stakeholders within local and global teams.

Who you are:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in the world of (digital) paid media and understands technical aspects of tracking paid media performance (quantitative and qualitative), adserving, as well as having knowledge of biddable platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, programmatic).

  • Ideally you have experience with project/workflow management tools like Trello, Asana, Monday, Wrike or other.

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential and additional languages are a plus, based on region/customer requirements.

  • You are detail oriented, well organized and efficient with time management.

  • You are dynamic and flexible in working within continuously changing environment.
