Your missions

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Contract High Volume Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our construction client. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong background in high-volume recruitment. This role requires a recruiter who is adept at sourcing, screening, and hiring a large number of candidates within tight deadlines, ensuring our client's staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.

 

This is a remote, contract role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for a variety of roles within the construction industry.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidates and streamline the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation and reports related to recruitment activities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Approximately 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume recruitment.
  • Previous experience recruiting for the construction industry or similar fields is highly desirable.
  • Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
