Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for meeting call center goals for adherence to schedule to ensure availability to answer members calls in an expeditious manner.
  • Provides world class caller experiences to both Members and Providers as measured by after call surveys and by meeting call center goals within the quality management program.
  • Ask probing questions to identify the true needs of the Member and provide effective solutions through comprehensive benefit explanations and placement with appropriate Dental or Vision Providers.
  • Agility to flex between multiple projects by retaining information and accurately applying it to each outbound calling campaign.
  • Independently prioritize work throughout the day to ensure all assigned outbound calling is completed within the documented timeframe.
  • Proactively communicate with leadership team any questions that arise, potential gaps in processes and when unable to meet deadlines to ensure successful adherence to all contractual obligations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service position.
  • 6 months experience in a call center, preferably in a high-volume environment, with KPI goals such as adherence, quality, and handle time.
  • 1+ years experience utilizing excel to track work, filter spreadsheets and report to others.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPPAA requirements.
  • Exposure to Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid insurance preferred
  • Internet connection must be through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload required.

FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

Hourly Range: $12.51 - 19.59
