Our business keeps growing, so we’re looking for a skilled Cost Analyst to join our international Human Resources team. In this role, you’ll have full ownership of headcount, compensation budgets, and sales commissions.
Full ownership of headcount and compensation budgets:
Building, ensuring accuracy, and running headcount and compensation budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting of related people costs
Working with senior stakeholders to identify reporting and analysis needs, develop a reporting structure, and regularly update the business about headcount and compensation-related KPIs
Cooperation with finance and accounting teams
Full ownership of sales commissions:
Analytical support for the development of a unified system for sales commissions
Development and maintenance of sales commission calculations, tools, and processes
Reporting of sales commission results compared to targets and budget
Cooperation with sales and finance teams
Analytical and administrative support in compensation and benefits projects
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and cost-control techniques
Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or another related fiel
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and providing actionable insights
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools
Experience with headcount and payroll budgeting will be considered an advantage
Experience with design and sales commission calculations will be considered an advantage
Monthly salary EUR 2,000–3,000 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
