Responsibilities

Leads the growth and operational optimization of management for urgent and immediate care across the organization.

Requirements

  • Develops and executes strategic plans to achieve urgent care objectives, including quality, consumer experience and growth targets.
  • Serves as the content expert, develops operational standards and coordinates the use of human and financial resources to ensure services operate efficiently, safely and timely.
  • Ensures that consumer satisfaction, consumer and staff engagement, quality metrics and service excellence and programming are continuously elevated.
  • Identifies opportunities for new programs and services that allow the organization to respond to emerging dynamics, including those for acquisitions, partnerships, or de novo growth of the urgent care platforms.
  • Leads the management of current partnerships in collaboration with market executives.
  • Maintains knowledge of industry trends, including regulatory federal and policy issues and recommends cost effective solutions.

  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
