As a Senior Loss Prevention Specialist in our Safety Support Unit, you will be responsible for providing loss prevention resources to our policyholders who utilize our online services. You will work as part of a team to provide support to loss prevention staff in the field. You will provide first level support for the software applications used by loss prevention and policyholders.
Locations: Bakersfield, Eureka, Fresno, Glendale, Pleasanton, Redding, Riverside, Rohnert Park, Sacramento, San Francisco, Santa Ana, Stockton, or Vacaville.
Telework may be available and is subject to change based on State Fund guidelines and business needs.
In this role you will...
- Provide research, analysis, and coordination of safety resources on our website
- Monitor and respond to requests from policyholders, loss prevention staff, and other departments
- Serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert
- Work as a team with both Safety and Health staff and other departments on special projects and initiatives
- Provide servicing based on criteria and guidelines for segment of assigned policyholders

- Is comfortable on camera supporting seminars and webinars
- Experience with data mining and reporting

Salary: $4,214.00 - $7,847.00 per month depending on experience
Classification: Senior Workers Compensation Insurance Representative or Workers Compensation Insurance Representative depending on experience
