What To Expect

The Pricing and Inventory Business Unit, focused on U.S. growth, delivers AI-driven in-season pricing and inventory solutions for fashion, beauty, and home markets. This role involves working with pre-sales and technical teams to manage client onboarding, configure systems, handle data validation, and support change management. Responsibilities include client training, executing A/B test plans, and transitioning clients to customer success while providing feedback for system enhancements.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in retail merchandising within the fashion and lifestyle sectors is a big plus
• Business-fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Strong solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficient in analytical SaaS environments and comfortable communicating across all organizational levels.
