The Role:

You will join one of our new client as a Sourcing Guru on the EMEA market with focus on France, Belgium and the Netherlands. We are looking for an individual with an excellent Dutch (priority) and French (ideally) language skills and extensive engineering or IT background.

Location to be based ideally in Krakow or Gdansk.


Key Accountabilities:


What does a “day in the life” of my new team look like?

Key responsibilities:

  • Engage with Recruiters and Hiring Managers (as directed) to take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice to add value to discussions.
  • Proactively source (identify) candidates utilizing a broad range of channels and techniques (e.g. search engines, job board databases, social networking sites).
  • Develop own network of sector-specific candidates and utilize networking skills to identify and engage with talented candidates (i.e. referrals from referrals, cold-calling, etc.)
  • Manage job board advertising or Client career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum effectiveness.
  • Engage, screen and qualify candidates to determine suitability and obtain required information (e.g. availability, permission to represent) in order to create long-lists.
  • Ensure regular communication with Client Services team to understand on-going. requirements and to share progress of activity.
  • Maintain agreed service levels and targets.
  • Participate and contribute within team meetings


Skills & Experience:


What do I need to succeed in this role?

  • Fluency in English and Dutch both written and spoken is a must.
  • Fluency in an additional language French both written and spoken would be ideal.
  • Experience in searching for candidates using innovative tools and methods.
  • Previous experience in working in multinational environment and supporting: France, Belgium or the Netherlands.
  • Extensive communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience of using direct sourcing techniques.
  • Experience of working with recruitment systems (ATSs) would be an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
