Your missions

Do you want to be part of a revolutionary brand that is transforming the way we energize and focus? Then don’t miss this Paid Search Specialist opportunity!

Born out of a personal journey to overcome focus issues and the adverse effects of stimulants, the brand is on a mission to make everyday products healthier, starting with coffee. Their founder discovered the life-changing benefits of functional mushrooms and nootropics, leading to the creation of their unique blends that help people regain control of their lives without the jitters or crashes.

Having rapidly gained popularity since its inception, the brand is now looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join its growing team. Read on to find out more!

What You’re Getting Yourself Into

As a Paid Search Specialist, you will have the opportunity to design, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google and other search platforms like Bing, helping to drive this innovative brand forward. You'll manage active ads, find growth opportunities, and use creative strategies to boost engagement and ROI. Working closely with the creative team, you'll develop and test high-performing ads. By analyzing data, you'll provide recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on a brand transforming everyday products and elevating our search advertising efforts.

This is a full-time position open internationally. Some benefits may vary if you’re outside of the US and would be based on a contractor agreement.

What’s In It For You

  • A fully remote position and team, so you can be sipping a coffee on your balcony in the morning while updating the creative brief - forget commuting!
  • Growth opportunities that will allow you to develop your skills and go towards a path that interests you
  • Health, vision, and dental insurance to ensure you stay in top shape. Whether it's a routine check-up or an unexpected issue, we've got you covered, so you can focus on what you love without any worries
  • Unlimited PTO to ensure you have the flexibility to recharge and take care of yourself
  • $500 monthly health credit to use towards massages, therapy, and general wellbeing, helping you maintain a healthy balance
  • Several team trips per year to build connections and have fun together!

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Lead the design, execution, and optimization of high-performing search campaigns on Google and other search platforms such as Bing.
  • Take charge of building, managing, and troubleshooting ad campaigns, focusing on delivering results that consistently meet or exceed performance goals and effectively reach target audiences.
  • Oversee and refine the infrastructure elements of ads, including audiences, custom conversions, and catalogs. Your role is to optimize these components for maximum efficiency, contributing significantly to the success of each campaign.
  • Prepare and present regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance. Utilize these insights to develop strategies that noticeably enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the copywriting team to develop and test best-performing ads, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Continually test and experiment with new ways to accomplish key goals, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement search campaigns that align with and support broader business and marketing objectives.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have several years of experience in media buying and have directly managed clients with ad spends of at least $3MM per year on Paid Search campaigns.
  • You have strong hands-on experience working with Google and Bing, and ideally have an understanding of other paid channels such as Meta, TikTok, and Amazon.
  • You have worked with clients from the D2C industry, either as part of an in-house team, an agency, or both.
  • You have t-shaped marketing knowledge, understanding different areas of the marketing funnel.
  • You have strong copywriting skills that help make hesitant customers convert.
  • You have the drive to consistently improve yourself, and actively spend your time reading about new trends, industry changes, and best practices.
  • You are detail-oriented & love analyzing and tracking data.
  • You are a self-starter and can motivate yourself without others’ guidance.
