We are currently seeking to add a Life Insurance Case Manager to our growing team, located in (X).

What You Will Do

  • Work on a high-volume case load and premiums while maintaining standard service level agreements
  • Reconcile outstanding versus received underwriting requirements on each case
  • Provide current status of pending cases to advisors via Broker Back Office, phone calls and/or emails
  • Respond to all emails and voicemails promptly and within published Service Level Agreements
  • Negotiate with sponsor carrier underwriters to secure the best offer or find alternative solutions.
  • Identify additional medical/financial information needed to receive an offer from the insurance carrier.

What You Need To Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years relevant experience Case Management
  • Analytical skills, ability to research and resolve complex issues
  • Prior experience working in a virtual environment helpful

Compensation

The base hourly range for this role is $22.00 to $26.00, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
