Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc. group company. As you may be aware, Alight has announced intent to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital (‘Divested Group’). About the Role

HRFS Delivery Analyst works as part of a team performing Application Data Maintenance for our clients. The Delivery Analyst may attend client calls or meetings in a supporting role to a Functional Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Processing support tickets raised by the client for individual or mass updates within the application. (Oracle Fusion Global Human Resource Cloud)
  • Participating in trouble shooting and finding the root cause of data issues. Analyzing and processing data monitor outputs as wells proposing and assisting in creating new data monitors.
  • Assisting in developing system testing specifications and participates in test execution. You will be running test scenarios and assisting in resolving discrepancies to requirements.
  • Following and maintaining system documentations including Standard Operation Procedure (SOPs).
  • Conducting and participating in daily communications with Internal and External team members. Subject Matter Experts in an effective manner in order to ascertain or relay important information.
  • Participating in impact Analysis for change requests proposed by the client.
  • Assisting in automation of data update requests and processes through Altryx or similar tools.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud. (Global Human Resources, Global Payroll, Business Intelligence or Absence Management)
  • Experience working with/for HR outsourcing firm
  • Experience and/or knowledge with PeopleSoft and/or SAP payroll processing
  • Experience and/or knowledge with a case management system (i.e., Jira, Siebel or Workflow)
