We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Agent (Bilingual Slovakian - English). In this role, you will be responsible for delivering professional assistance to our customers via email and live-chat platforms. Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in both Slovakian and English languages
  • Deliver friendly and efficient service through email and live-chat channels
  • Translate product materials into Slovakian using provided tools
  • Regularly review and moderate translations by other team members
