Position Details

• Full-time, benefit eligible position
• 40 hours per week, day shift, Monday-Friday
• Will rotate between offices in Columbia (Berrywood, Woodrail, and Worley office)
  
  

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate medication clinic
• Cross-training to assist in other clinics and regions
• Review medication education forms with clients
• Administer IM medication, dispense samples, maintain accurate logs
• Complete required documents for EHR
• Assist with Prior Authorizations and medication refills
  
  

Essential Functions

• Regular attendance and commitment to service excellence
• Attend required training
• Team-oriented and values diversity
  
  

Qualifications

• High School/GED degree required
• Associate/Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• GPN, LPN, GN, or RN licensure/certification required
