Role Summary:


Are you a passionate and creative individual who wants to get involved in the planning, implementation and execution of marketing campaigns focused on student acquisition?

We are looking for a driven Performance Marketing Manager to manage our paid media strategy for student acquisition. Our ideal Performance Marketing Manager has an analytical mind, is responsible, motivated and embraces challenges, is in love with online marketing and excited about expanding their knowledge and skills within the industry.


You will also have a keen interest in emerging technologies and developments in the digital marketing industry and you will be willing to train others with your knowledge and expertise in the field. Your main focus will be to concentrate mainly on campaign specific results aiming to get the most out of the campaigns we are running. As a Performance Marketing Manager you will work closely with all marketing teams in target-setting as well as post-campaign evaluations.

Position


Responsibilities


  • Core: Own the creation, execution and reporting of paid media campaigns across; Google, Bing, TikTok, Affiliate and Meta. With a focus on acquiring potential students
  • Strategy: Provide input for the strategic direction and tactical execution of all paid media channels through bidding, ad copy, landing page testing, audience strategy
  • Team: Directly report into the Head of Performance Marketing while becoming an integral part of a new & growing team
  • Wider Business: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance campaigns and deliver more optimised performance results
  • Stakeholder Management: Become the main POC for external stakeholders (Agencies, Shared Services)
  • Data: Promote a data driven and experimental growth culture, using data to find optimisation opportunities and improve the efficiency of campaigns
  • Reporting: Support on daily, weekly, monthly reporting for all primary metrics, goal tracking and revenue tracking
  • Budget Management: Carefully track and optimise the monthly digital budgets across all paid channels
  • Development: Develop your paid media knowledge further to ensure you’re at the forefront of the industry and always aware of the latest tactics and strategies to experiment with

Requirements


Skills & Experience


• 2+ years experience planning, implementing & optimising campaigns across Paid Search & Paid Social

• Excellent reporting skills are required, and must be familiar with common data / campaign reporting techniques

• Data savvy & excellent attention to detail

• The thought of owning an idea from conception to execution excites you

• You’ll be comfortable working autonomously as much as collaboratively

• Happy to be working on multiple projects at the same time

• Eager to train on the job and expand your knowledge in the paid media industry

• Excited about becoming part of a growing team



Desirable Skills & Experience


• Specific experience across the following channels extremely beneficial:

Google (all formats), Bing, Facebook / Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitch, Spotify, Quora, Salesforce

• Agency background is a big plus

• Experience within lead generation via paid media

• Experience with Affiliate Marketing for Lead Generation (experience with tools such as awin would be a plus)

• General understanding and experience of landing page design
