We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Product Analyst to join our BI & Analytics team reporting to the VP of BI & Analytics with a dotted reporting line to the Chief Product Officer.

What You Will Do

• In partnership with the Product team, develop and communicate actionable insights related to all aspects of measuring product performance including product usage, customer feedback, customer experience, and retention through dashboards and regular reporting
• Support Product Managers in roadmap planning and development by providing data and insights that inform prioritization decisions
• As administrator of our product analytics platform, Gainsight PX, provide support related to implementation of feature tagging, in-app engagements, A/B testing, Customer Effort Scores, and leveraging PX analytics capabilities
• Partner with senior leadership, marketing, and other internal teams on ad hoc market analyses at user, agency, and jobseeker levels
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence to develop and maintain Tableau reporting dashboards
• Develop ad hoc customer surveys and communicate key findings as needed
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations
• Be a NEOGOV data guru - be the point person and subject matter expert for all Product data questions and insights

• You know how to source and transform data from multiple sources, apply appropriate techniques for analysis, and effectively communicate insights through data visualization and storytelling
• You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, customer success, and marketing
  
  

What You Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or Economics
• 5+ years of prior experience in Product, Customer, or Business Analytics
• 5+ years and high proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and reporting/visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
• 3+ years and knowledge of product analytics platforms highly preferred such as Gainsight PX, Amplitude, or Pendo
• Knowledge in a variety of analytical techniques including profiling, segmentation, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, pre-post analysis, and general KPI reporting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization
• Knowledge in data science and predictive modeling a plus
