Technology and Innovation Strategy Analyst, Lead

Key Role:

Research the market landscape to explore new partnership opportunities that can significantly impact Booz Allen Hamilton’s success. Stay current on federal markets, industry trends, the tech ecosystem landscape, and internal development efforts. Perform in the areas of the tech ecosystem and use that knowledge to prioritize key partners as client imperatives emerge. Systematize a model for sourcing demand signals, assessing technological impacts and making recommendations on potential partners to close gaps across the technology ecosystem. Work to achieve both the team’s and broader organization’s objectives by collaborating across internal and external stakeholders. Make recommendations in positioning the firm’s access to the broader technology ecosystem as a differentiator across the federal portfolio. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience working in technology and federal market consulting organizations
• Experience supporting the partnerships team of a large technology or consulting organization
• Knowledge of navigating and leading pre-sales solution architecture-type discussions such as simplifying complex technology concepts, providing detailed product information, and offering tailored solutions that align with the mission needs and goals
• Experience with technology and market strategy
• Experience in applying a consultative approach to solving complex client challenges
• Experience in dealing with the whole spectrum of the technology ecosystems
• Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in external entity research and evaluation roles for the purposes of partnership, investment, acquisition, corporate development, FP&A, private equity, investment banking, or M&A diligence
• Ability to deliver compelling and effective senior level presentations and demonstrations in all environments
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail and proactively follow-up
• Master’s degree
