Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies tailored to our markets, ensuring alignment with our global objectives.
• Shape and promote our online image as a premier employer, highlighting our unique company culture and opportunities.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize engagement and impact.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral and SWAG merchandise.
• Produce engaging video content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, most of them during events
• Coordinate design requests with our graphic designer and assist your manager with various marketing tasks.
• Be the number one advocate for our brand, embodying and promoting our values and mission.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Super Creative Mindset: A natural ability to think outside the box and develop unique, engaging content.
• Two or more years of Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in managing and utilizing various social media platforms and tools, like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• English Proficiency: Must be a fluent English speaker.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and writing abilities in English and Spanish.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with HubSpot and knowledge of ASANA are advantageous.
