Technical Competencies

Requirements for the Sr. Automation QA:

Must:

·       Maven [more than just dependency]

·       TestNG/Junit

·       Java concepts

·       Selenium

·       Rest API auto // Or API understanding if API automation is hard to find.

·       Well versed with learning / creating new automation frameworks.

Good to have:

·       BDD

Others Desirable Requirement

·       Ability to handle pressure when required

·       Ability to suggest improvements to a User Story and communicate these to required stakeholder (Business Analyst/PO)

·       Well versed with agile development methodology.

·       Is a good team player

·       Can guide other team members
