Program Schedule Analyst

The Opportunity:  

Are you searching for a position where you can use your project management and analysis skills to develop and analyze a project schedule from concept to completion? A program requires a significant investment of limited resources. With that level of complexity, you need to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a skilled program management specialist who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

 

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational program schedules in support of the client. You’ll collaborate with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and perform tactical planning using tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and Risky Project while having regular interactions cross-functional teams. You'll gather a variety of program information, conduct analyses of key program metrics, and prepare briefing documentation and key decision documentation. You Have: 

  • 5+ years of experience with DoD acquisition processes and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by programs

  • 3+ years of experience with building, managing, and analyzing program Integrated Master Schedules and metrics

  • 3+ years of experience with using Microsoft Project 

  • 3+ years of experience with building Program Roadmap visuals

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

 

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience working on cross-functional teams  

  • Experience with Jira and Confluence

  • Experience with Milestone Professional

  • Top Secret clearance  

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Scrum Master, PMP, DAU PM Level III Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
