Program Analyst

The Opportunity:  

As a Defense Energy management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting energy project initiatives. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. 

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Department of Defense (DoD) energy initiatives. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Suite and regular interactions with SMEs and stakeholders.

You Have: 

  • 5+ years of experience with program analysis or policy coordination

  • Experience in the evaluation of installation or operational energy initiatives as they relate to advancing DoD energy initiatives

  • Experience conducting reviews of existing statutes, policies, guidance, and legislation pertaining to installation or operational energy

  • Knowledge of the Office of the Secretary of Defense's (OSD) full portfolio of installation or operational energy program

  • Knowledge of legislative and policy authorities that relate to installation or operational energy

  • Ability to assist with resolving program or project execution issues, developing and coordinating communications or meetings, and executing assigned special projects

  • Ability to manage project timelines to determine gaps, impacts, and risks

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
