We are looking for an experienced Public Relations (PR) Consultant and Marketing expert to further drive our media relations and brand awareness in the Austrian market with a very close collaboration with our global PR & Marketing team.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop annual media relations strategy and roadmap
• Coordinate all public relations activities (paid / unpaid media)
• Work closely with our global marketing team and social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media
• Leverage existing tech media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business media
• Manage media inquiries and interview requests
• Pitch stories to the local media
• Coach and support our local spokespersons
• Create local press releases and byline articles, as well as translate & adapt global ones for local usage
• Maintain a keen understanding of tech trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
• Monitor, analyse and communicate PR results
• Develop compelling client success stories together with business & technology stakeholders
• Conceptualise and execute client testimonial videos
• Collaborate with the local Marketing team for event organization & more

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field
• Proven working experience in public relations required, ideally in the tech industry
• Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and global level
• Strong relationships with both local and global business and industry media outlets
• Fluent in German and business fluent in English, as well as exceptional writing and editing skills in German (preferably in English as well)
• Solid experience with social media communication
• Event planning experience
• Passion for technology
• Outgoing personality with a global mindset and a hands-on attitude
