As Head of Hotels Data Products, you will play a key leadership role in delivering data and analytics initiatives and identifying new opportunities for growth. You will be the front door for the analytics function - partnering with a specific area of the business to meet their data & analytics needs.  In addition, you will be the thought leader for the area for analytics strategy and execution of the roadmap. The delivery will be a blend of building data & analytics products, deploying externally sourced solutions and delivering ad-hoc analytics and reporting solutions.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role

  • Responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and OKRs for a portfolio of products and services, focusing on delivering business and customer outcomes
  • Driving the vision, strategy, and OKRs for the Product organization in partnership with the other Group Product Managers and AA leads
  • Define product metrics that needs to tracked across the product portfolio and work, in partnership with Data & Analytics team, to enable the tracking and reporting needs
  • Lead a team of Product managers to discover, design and deliver valuable products and services that generates business results
  • Create and Lead the strategic vision for your Product Portfolio, delivering value to the business and our customers in transformational initiatives for long term profitability. 
  • Accountable for the agile roadmaps that span the whole portfolio, ensuring a balance of short to long-term pressures to deliver value for the business and customers.
  • Lead customer and business relationships to discover new areas of opportunity, uplifting their businesses and transform customer experiences
  • Leading multiple Products, you'll ensure teams are creating lasting value and delivering against our vision.
  • Design the product roadmaps for the development of new meaningful new features, and functionality, that adds measurable value to customers.
  • Bridge the team with business stakeholders (internal customers) from design through to delivery.
     

 

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you

  • 8+ years experience working with Data
  • 8+ years experience in Customer or Digital Product Development
  • Experience working in an agile organisation or with cross functional teams
  • Retail and Hospitality experience will be highly regarded.
  • Proven track record using data and analytics to create measurable value for the business
  • Experience in developing high functioning empowered product teams, providing 1:1 coaching and development plans for growth. Direct experience leading PM roles.
  • You're a leader through communication. You've demonstrated ability to create and lead collaborative partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Strong ability to prioritise, balancing delivery in the short-term while supporting the overall strategy
  • Experience in creating product roadmaps aligned to enterprise strategies.
