Responsibilities of the Marketing Technical Support:

Your responsibilities include:

  • Marketing Support:
    • Act as the right-hand person on the tech side, supporting and assisting in all marketing efforts
  • Technical Setup:
    • Build and set up funnels, ensuring their functionality
    • Manage integrations to optimize system performance
    • Build and set up landing pages, including automations
    • Create and set up active campaigns, including scheduling email campaigns
  • Tracking and Reporting:
    • Develop systems/SOPs for data extraction and reporting
    • Track and report on metrics including landing page optimization (click-through rates, booked calls), social media engagement (likes, comments, reach, link clicks), new campaigns (applications, booked calls), and email sequences (click rate, open rate)
    • Provide insights and recommendations for improvements based on tracked data
  • Content Posting and Optimization:
    • Manage content posting on YouTube, including creating 'shorts' from longer form content and crafting video descriptions
    • Handle content posting on TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
    • Develop case study landing pages
    • Build blog posts to drive traffic and engagement
    • Optimize social media content and lead magnet distribution across multiple platforms to maximize reach and engagement
  • Others (nice to have):
    • Draw conclusions from marketing data (reports, tracking, etc.).
    • Identify and specify problems based on data insights
    • Industry-specific knowledge in Info Product/Coaching sales & marketing funnels leading to customer bookings
    • Optimizing underperforming KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions
