Role: Lead Software Engineer

Experience: 5-10years

Job Summary:

Mandatory Skills:

• Ruby on Rail (Ruby 3 or above)
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• MVC and OOPS Concept
• Unit testing/Automated UT
• Webservices using REST/SOAP
• BDD/Cucumber

Role Summary:

• Producing code to the specification within agreed estimates and timescales
• Efficiently write code considering performance, responsiveness, and security concepts.
• Manage ruby bundler and gems.
• Contribute to application design and architecture.
• Following current quality standards and procedures
• Ensure his/her own work is peer reviewed.
• Carrying out peer reviews
• Carrying out manual as well as automated unit tests
• Liaising with Testing and Analyst to resolve issues.
• Escalating other issues to the Team Lead/Project Manager in a timely manner

Good Communication Skills required.
