JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the release of new software product features that span a variety of business functions, specifically related to our Partner Integrations and APIs. This position plays a key role in identifying business opportunities within their vertical, introducing operational improvements, furthering our technical capabilities, enhancing our customer experience and engaging with the appropriate Agile sprint teams in releasing features that best address business needs.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and prioritizes functional requirements for new or revised features or enhancements.
  • Engages with internal stakeholders to gather additional business requirements.
  • Drive requirements prioritization activities within their Agile sprint team(s).
  • Identify business opportunities through direct engagement with clients, other external stakeholders, and market research.
  • Participate in key sprint events, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review/demos.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on release outcomes.
  • Assist in user research with UX/UI Designers.
  • Identify success metrics to measure feature effectiveness.
  • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional business travel may be required.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or a related field preferred.
  • Zero (0) plus years of experience working on B2B, B2B2C, or SAAS-based product teams desired.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and/or Tableau tools preferred.
  • Scrum/Agile certification desired.
  • Experience in a healthcare-related desired.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Salary: $69,900 - $94,400 annual
