Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect to join a U.S. based distributed team of senior engineers to deliver market leading software solutions.

  • Lead the development of software with real users
  • Adhere to agile development best practice
  • Demonstrate a passion for learning and building cutting-edge applications
  • Implement unit tests using test driven development (TDD)
  • Implement and refactor using relevant design patterns
  • Mentor other engineers
  • Proactively learn and implement new best practices
  • Manage expectations by communicating regularly
  • Code review pull requests in a CI / CD environment
  • Review requirements and provide input
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to suggest, design and launch new features
  • Maintain code integrity and organization
     

Qualifications
  • 7+ years in total experience
  • Strong proficiency in: Node.JS/React or Java or .Net
  • Experience working with AWS, MongoDB, Redis and Elastic Search 
  • Good communication with clients/operational managers – listening and providing answers
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to build from good relationships with clients/operational managers and colleagues
  • Ability to gather and assimilate information
  • Up to date knowledge of technical applications
  • Good knowledge of quality standards, legislation and best practice
  • Ability to be adapt and prioritize 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions
