Key responsabilities:
- Build and maintain post-sales relationships with largest customers
- Serve as a strategic advisor for successful product adoption
- Strategize on technical objectives and provide expert guidance
- Provide web-based training and advice for process improvements
- Engage with support and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction
