As a Monetization Transformation Manager, you will drive the transformation of our monetization departments - Search & Relevance (S&R), Pricing & Promotions (P&P) and Ads Revenue / Yield Management (YM) - focusing on projects, organizational changes, and process improvements. You will work closely with the SVP of Revenue and senior management team, to ensure alignment with strategic goals and fast progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing organizational strategies, change initiatives and processes.

  • Ensure alignment between executive leadership and departmental activities.

  • Streamline operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Identify and resolve operational issues in coordination with department heads.

  • Develop and implement processes to monitor and evaluate performance.

  • Foster effective collaboration and coordination among different departments.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, set milestones, and oversee the successful execution of digital transformation projects.

  • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.

  • Coordinate project activities, manage resources, and monitor timelines.

  • Provide regular progress updates to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing transformation projects, organizational restructuring, and process improvements.

  • Marketplace/e-commerce experience, direct experience with monetization departments (S&R / P&P / YM) is a great advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
