Your missions

This position is responsible for supporting the Marketing Department and Sales Team. This includes responsibility for completing, coordinating, and preparing proposals, maintaining promotional materials, coordinating, and preparing for conferences, and assisting in the development of new marketing materials. 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Completion, coordination, and production of completion of informal proposals, responses to complex RFPs, and sales presentations for student health, property & casualty, and employee benefits for the Education Practice.
  • Keep proposal response library up to date in the RFP management system
  • Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, account analysis, new product information, benchmarking, competitor research, and miscellaneous projects, as needed Coordinate and deliver upon all facets of conference exhibits, conference collateral, sponsorships, and client events
  • Support in keeping all sales collateral up to date, making minor updates in InDesign as needed
  • Support in implementation of sales & marketing campaigns to promote various products and services, including print campaigns and email blasts using online marketing tools
  • Cross training and backup for other departmental functions

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of marketing experience preferred
  • 1+ year of proposal experience required
  • Background in insurance a plus
