We are seeking an experienced Director, Business Growth & Contracts to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a team of two developers and work closely with our Business Development, Contracts, and Subcontracts organizations to design and implement effective Salesforce solutions.
While extensive knowledge of Salesforce is essential, familiarity with Technomile within the Salesforce platform would be advantageous. Additionally, you will support Maestro the value creation platform as an independent application.
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
  • Lead and mentor a team of two developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices are followed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to support business needs
  • Ensure that Salesforce solutions adhere to architectural best practices and standards
  • Utilize any knowledge of TechnoMile to enhance and optimize business processes within Salesforce (if applicable)
  • Work closely with the Business Development, Contracts, and Subcontracts teams to understand their processes and challenges
  • Provide functional support and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness within these departments.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce solutions, configurations, and integrations
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and any relevant updates in TechnoMile to continually enhance our Salesforce environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Lead Salesforce-related projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to manage project expectations and deliverables
  • Provide support and oversight for Maestro the value creation platform, ensuring its optimal functionality and integration with business processes.
  • Develop and implement best practices for using Maestro to enhance business processes and drive value creation
Basic Experience:
  • US Citizenship is required
  • BS degree preferred and a minimum of 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role
  • Salesforce Experience is a must and familiarity with TechnoMile within the Salesforce platform is a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components)
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and web services
  • Familiarity with TechnoMile and its integration with Salesforce is desirable but not mandatory
  • Experience in supporting and managing applications like Maestro the value creation platform
Preferred Experience:
  • Prior experience working functionally within a Business Development or Contracts Department

The projected compensation range for this position is $130,500-$217,500. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
