Job Description:
Alpine is a rapidly growing value-based primary care organization partnering with physicians via an employed and IPA model. Today, Alpine is the largest independent primary care group in Colorado and South TX with plans to expand to additional markets. Alpine is seeking an Associate on the Corporate Development team to drive growth through sourcing clinicians to Alpine via acquisition, recruitment, and de novos.
RESPONSBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
Source primary care acquisitions and recruit clinicians in existing and new markets with a focus on independent practices
Use internal, external databases, and publicly available data to build and triage pipelines
Serve as a clinician-facing voice and face for the Alpine organization
Partner with local Alpine physician leaders to determine top targets and sourcing strategies
Perform ad hoc analysis on practice data, market strategy, and deal structuring
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
2-5 years of healthcare experience, preferably in recruiting, sales, consulting, operations, or investing
Outstanding written and oral communication skills including an interest in sourcing
Ability to be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial and positive attitude
Passion for value-based care including improving quality of life for physicians and quality of care for patients
Desire to be an integral part of a rapidly growing healthcare services organization
