Responsibilities:
Provide customer service and support via phone, instant message, and email.
Resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist with development of training and Help Desk support material.
Provide support for pre and post conversion deployments.
Triage tickets through the ServiceNow ticket management system.
Support multiple Applied Epic environments and databases.
Remain current and knowledgeable regarding updates to the applications supported.

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent is required.
Applied Epic agency management system experience preferred.
Insurance experience preferred.
Requirements:
Remote employees must have a dedicated, quiet work area and a stable, reliable internet connection of at least 75mbps download speed.
