Your missions

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager with a performance mindset to join our global Kardex AutoStore Team with B2B industry experience, preferably in warehouse automation or intralogistics within the North America market. In this position, the ideal candidate will execute local and regional marketing online and offline initiatives to drive lead generation, while also collaborating closely with other marketing managers in Europe and APAC.

Your tasks

Job Purpose

The Marketing Manager for the Kardex Autostore team (North America) is responsible for driving inbound campaigns for B2B audiences with a strong understanding of the dynamics of multiple marketing channels, and their impact on awareness, engagement, conversion, and demand generation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in creating and promoting compelling content to address each stage of the buyer’s journey, have experience in creation of customer stories, video case studies, white papers as well as in orchestrating online and offline events and exhibitions.

The Marketing Manager should be able to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions including compelling content assets copy (including white papers, video case studies, factsheets, press releases) as well as balancing multiple projects in marketing-mix structure with competing priorities, meeting all deadlines without compromising quality. 

Job Requirements

Training/Education:

    • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

Professional Experience:

    • 5-8 years of experience in marketing in B2B audience. Less experience will be considered if directly in the warehouse automation or intralogistics industry.  
    • Strong understanding of the Top of the funnel, middle and bottom of the funnel campaign structure. 
    • Experience with content creation and promotion including video production and cooperation with PR agencies
    • Proficiency in Microsoft environment (including Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams, Word, Excel), extended knowledge of Hubspot & Salesforce would be an additional asset
    • Material handling industry or similar industry experience will be given preference

    • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills; must be a strong collaborator and team player across diversified global MarCom team 
    • Passionate and driven marketing practitioner who feels comfortable with becoming part of a larger global and regional team, as well as someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and wants to make a difference.

Main Accountabilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Content Development: Creating and promoting compelling regional AutoStore content for our key target audience in AMER on digital media to address each stage of the buyer’s journey. Producing local customer stories for local on- & offline media. Repurpose top-performing content into micro content assets to engage our target audience in social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and YouTube.
    • Online & Offline Events: Executing the regional marketing mix both on- & offline including, direct marketing, exhibition & events, marketing literature and customer relations in line with our brand and corporate design guidelines. Orchestrating customer and industry events and exhibitions according to global standards and local requirement.
    • Inbound Marketing: Apply a strong understanding of inbound marketing methodologies, comprehending the dynamics of multiple marketing channels, and their impact on awareness, engagement, conversion, and overall demand generation working closely with Digital Marketing Manager responsible for paid channels.
    • Lead generation: Generating impressions and Marketing Qualified Leads from Marketing channels until handover for further follow up by Business Development
    • ROI Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate marketing performance to achieve ROI goals.
    • Team Collaboration: Effectively communicate complex information within a diverse team. Close collaboration with Sales and Digital Marketing Manager in North America, Central MarCom Team and the AutoStore marketing managers in Central Europe and APAC leveraging their expertise and fostering innovative thinking to overcome challenges and drive marketing success.
    • Project Management: Manage multiple projects with competing priorities, managing 3rd party partners, marketing platforms and agencies, meeting deadlines without compromising quality and maintaining a positive outlook throughout.
