About Trifecta Retail Ventures

Trifecta Retail Ventures (TRV) is a group of independent businesses. We are constantly looking for capable and talented people to join us, or the teams in our group! As a Recruitment Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for creatively testing out new job titles and new job descriptions, improving the number of qualified candidates that apply, and managing 30+ job posts across our 6 different businesses. You also will be working closely with our co-founders and CEOs to make sure that our job titles, job descriptions, and employer branding are up-to-date and relevant for each job market. 

We’re growing our headcount by 24% year over year, and we need you to help us find the best talent!

This is a permanent, full time role that will let you work from anywhere.

About the Role:

Title: Recruitment Marketing Coordinator
Location: Remote (Work from anywhere)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: Competitive salary

What You'll Do:
  • Have a high degree of autonomy and manage your own schedule.
  • A/B Test Job Titles and Descriptions: You will independently create and post 10-15 job postings a week across our various platforms, testing different variables such as job titles and different job descriptions to see which job titles and job descriptions attract the best candidates. You will be measured by how many qualified candidates we receive per job post.
  • Engage with Platforms: You will manage our accounts and candidates across the different job boards (LinkedIn, Workable, WeWorkRemotely, Remotive, and local job boards).
  • Employer Branding: You will be in charge of our employer branding across ~6 different businesses, including TRV. This includes keeping our career pages up to date, sponsoring job fairs, managing our relationship with universities / alumni associations and planning large-scale recruiting events each quarter.
  • Process Optimisation: You will find ways to help streamline our recruitment process for a smooth candidate experience.
  • Collaborate: You will work closely with our amazing team of Talent Scouts and hiring managers to understand role requirements and update job descriptions to continue attracting the best candidates.
  • Track Metrics: You will continuously monitor and report on recruitment metrics and find ways to help us improve. 

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:
  • Is creative and enjoys wordsmithing / writing.
  • Has excellent written and verbal English.
  • Prefers working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Is incredibly smart and resourceful.
  • Has excellent organisational skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is a recent or fresh graduate.
