Your missions

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time

Salary: $6-$8 USD per hour

Overview:

We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Order Entry Specialists to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately enter purchase orders received from customers into our system. Experience with NetSuite is preferred but not required. The ideal candidates will have strong data entry skills and the ability to handle purchase orders with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and review purchase orders from customers.
  • Accurately enter purchase orders into the company's system as received.
  • Ensure all data is correctly inputted and matches the original orders.
  • Maintain organized records of all purchase orders and entry activities.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to clarify order details if necessary.

  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high level of efficiency.

  • Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
