About the AM Operations Supervisor Role:
As an AM Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for all aspects of safety, performance, resourcing and team leadership for specified operational areas and/or operational processes. This includes overseeing all activities and resources associated with the branch to achieve agreed objectives, optimising profitability, and business efficiency with a strong customer focus, in a safe and socially acceptable manner.
What you’ll do:
Critical to this role is the ability to plan and coordinate daily activities and hold team members to account. This position plays an important role in achieving daily KPI’s and identifying/actioning process improvements, along with engaging support from other functional leads.
Supervision of employees, running structuring and setting up of shifts, reporting, scanning compliance and floor work (helping out as required).
What you’ll bring to the AM Operations Supervisor role:
- Ability to lead a team to produce the best outcomes for the business both operationally and in safety.
- Knowledge of EDS, Microsoft Suite and pricing programs such as Toll Works, PMS.
- Calm, thoughtful and pro-active leader with a high level of conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage daily costs in line with the daily changes in operational requirements.
- Understanding key metrics such as DIFOT and ensuring employees maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through this metrics
Please note hours – M-F, 6am – 2pm. Based from our depot in Bohle, QLD.
